Meet Pat Fracisco, Broker Associate

Pat Fracisco Jr. has established a reputation as a professional and conscientious Real Estate Broker. Pat has experience working with Buyer, Seller, and Investor clients alike. He is a member of the Bay East Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors, respectively.
Through his experience, he has learned the importance of attention to details, acting with a high degree of urgency, and high quality communication, which he has integrated into his real estate business dealings.

Formerly, Pat was with IBM Corporation, where he earned national recognition for high customer satisfaction and sales achievements.
Pat holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University, and Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
A life-long resident of the Tri-Valley, Pat is a product of local schools. He has served as a youth basketball coach over the years and is active in his church, CCOP. He currently serves on the Livermore Rotary Club Board of Directors. He and his wife have three children and reside in Pleasanton.

The Fracisco Real Estate business was established in Livermore in 1949 by the late C.J. Fracisco. C.J. was joined by one of his sons, Charles "Pat" Fracisco, in 1955. C.J. Fracisco Real Estate and Insurance developed a loyal client base and established a reputation for serving the community with honesty and integrity. Pat's sons, Mike and Pat Jr., have subsequently joined the family real estate business and are focused on continuing the family's local real estate tradition. |
