Prior to joining his family's real estate business, Pat was with IBM Corporation, where he earned national recognition for high customer satisfaction and sales achievements. He acquired his real estate license in 1989, then joined his family's business full time in 2004. Pat holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University, Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic StateUniversity, San Luis Obispo, and an Associate in Arts degree from Chabot College. While in college, Pat played intercollegiate basketball.

A life long resident of the Tri-Valley, Pat has coached youth basketball over the years, been involved in Rotary and is active in his church.

The Fracisco real estate business was established in Livermore in 1949 by the late C.J. Fracisco. C.J. was joined by one of his sons, Charles "Pat" Fracisco, in 1955. C.J. Fracisco Real Estate and Insurance developed a loyal client base and established a reputation for serving the community with honesty and integrity. Pat's sons, Mike and Pat Jr., and more recently Pat's wife Collette and mother in law Shirley have joined the family real estate business and are focused on continuing the family's local real estate tradition.
